If you live in Zurich, this fountain is unmissable: you probably have passed a few thousand times in front of it. You might even have visited the flea market on the gardens next to it, on the last Saturday of the month. The Geiserbrunnen [Geiser fountain] was gift made by the local architect Arnold Geiser to the city of Zurich. It is located at the Lochmannstrasse, right where the Lake of Zurich ends and the Limmat begins. To its left, the Bürkliplatz. To its right, the Stadhausquai and the Frauenbadi.
