130. Napfplatz

The one in Napfplatz, a once important busy town square.  It has been sitting in this spot for more than 300 years, although it has been moved and refurbished a few times.  The column you see now it is not the original one and dates from 1937. The original can be seen in the Swiss National Museum in Platzspitz.

This is one of the most charming squares in town, with a few chic-and-trendy shops to go with it. Also Turm, a Spanish inspiration restaurant, is here. While you can debate whether Turm’s food is worth its price, for sure it is a nice place to sit outside when Summer comes.
